Counseling Services & Fees
I offer a highly personalized approach to clients of all ages. With openness and warmth I strive to help my clients seek creative and holistic new ways of understanding and overcoming their struggles. All my services are offered both in English and Portuguese:
- Cross-Cultural Counseling
- Sexual Identity issues and Coming Out
- Psychotherapy for Children, Adolescents, and Adults
- Parenting Skills & Parent-Child Relationships Counseling
- Maternal Mental Health & Infant Health and Development Psychoeducation
Fees
My full fee is currently $130 per 50 minute individual session. I do offer sliding scale for people who are experiencing financial hardship. I ask clients to pay me at the end of each session preferably by cash or check.
Insurance
At this moment I accept Premera Blue Cross and I will bill the insurer directly. The client's portion of the fee will be billed monthly. If you have a different insurance, upon request, I will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company. I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed for your time with me.
Cancelations
Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Doing so will help you avoid being charged for a missed appointment. In the event that an appointment needs to be rescheduled, my voice mail and email are available 24 hours a day.
