I currently accept BCBS PPO,‍ Aetna PPO, and Cigna insurance plans. If you have a different provider, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Every plan is different, so I always encourage you to check your mental health benefits before we begin so there are no surprises. ,

Online video therapy lets you meet with me from the comfort of your own space whether that’s your home, office, or anywhere in the state of Illinois that you can feel comfortable and have privacy. For your safety, we may not have a session while you’re driving. We’ll connect through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Before your first session, I’ll send you a link and easy instructions so you know exactly what to expect.

Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be charged the full session fee. If I am able to get you rescheduled within that same week, I am able to waive the fee.

My self-pay rate is $175 for an initial intake session and then $160 per session after that. Payment is collected at the time of your appointment, and I accept major credit or debit cards and HSA/FSA through a secure payment system.
